FitKids Gym is a positive introduction to fitness. Each week the students participate in a different lesson that includes each of the following activities:
*Warm up
*Dance
*Eye hand coordination activity
*Gross motor skill
*Group or partner activity
*Ball handling skill
*Individual instruction
*Cool down with stretch
Bring a friend and save! Everyone knows that fitness, fun and friends all go together. If you get a friend to register we will add 1 extra week onto your session. No limit, the more friends who join you, the more fun you have, the more you save!
