learn how and why to warm up for specific sports

6. Aerobics
learn target heart rates and the talk test

7. Games
learn a new game and teach it to a younger girl

8. Strength Training
learn basic calistenics and strength training with resistance

4. Cool Down
learn how & why to cool down after exercising

5. Stretch
learn how to stretch properly and the benefits of increased flexibility

9. Proper Footwear
learn how to choose the right shoe for the sport
